Victor Florido has over 18 years of experience in Project Management and Business Development for the I.T. industry, including, Cybersecurity, Network Infrastructure, as well as network and technical engineering design and management. Victor has managed several multimillion-dollar projects in Europe and the U.S. He has worked with the U.S. Federal Government, the…

Victor’s background as an active duty Soldier, federal government employee, and senior member of the private industry, in addition to his academic achievements, has prepared him with a solid foundation to provide the highest level of support and expertise to his clients. His unique skillset makes him a valuable asset to our organization and allows him to be a game-changer to our clients.

Victor is as well fluent in English and Spanish.

Fun Fact: Even though Victor was born in Venezuela, he spent 14 years in Europe while serving for the U.S. Army.

Nesmar Mora has over 8 years in business development, research, and professional field engineering in the environmental industry with substantial business development experience in the U.S. and Latin America Market. Her work experience has included innovative technologies for soil and water remediation, oil spills solutions, Blue-green algae solutions, …

…design, and implementation of environmental plans, creating waste management plans, and laboratory analysis of soil and water parameters. Additionally, Nesmar has monitored survey and installation processes and managed operational procedures to reduce hydrocarbon contaminants’ effects, including crude, Diesel, aromatic fractions, such as benzene and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Further, Nesmar has extensive experience in international project development, management, sales, and marketing. She has done business development consulting with different companies around the USA and LATAM. Nesmar is fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, and Portuguese.

Fun Fact: while working in South America, Nesmar always dreamed about moving to Russia, but when a job opportunity came from F.L., she quickly realized the culture and especially the people in the U.S. were simply perfect for her.

Sebastian Colussi graduated in accounting with academic training in systems. With over 12 years of experience, Sebastian brings into Avila Prime all his expertise developed and implemented as a consulting and financial business development with strong knowledge of accounting tools and organizational structure implementation….

…He is passionate about business intelligence, new challenges, improving processes, and generating added value to the company. Sebastian started his career in the banking industry, specifically Deutsche Bank, and followed that experience into obtaining further knowledge in the financial sector and became LATAM Treasurer for a private company. The knowledge
and experience he has acquired have allowed him to work and guide people from different companies and coordinate CEOs and CFOs. His experience has gained him the ability to understand the importance of defining corporate missions, highlight competitive advantages, work effectively as a team, solve issues, and improve processes.

Fun Fact: when Sebastian was little, everyone in his native Argentina was playing soccer, but he only wanted to play American Football. He is now a huge Tampa Buccaneers fan.

Arianna Valero is a Fashion Designer and Stylist who graduated from Istituto di Moda Burgo, an Italian Fashion University. While she was studying there, she got captivated by Marketing and Branding and after she completed her studies, Arianna started to focus on that area.

Also, Arianna has always been interested in environmental movements and cares about the impact of the Industry on the planet, which is one of the main principles of Avila Prime.
